Can I buy tickets at the event?
Yes, there will be a box office at the event that will open at 10am each day. However, to get the best price, we encourage you to buy advance tickets via our online ordering system, or, if you are in the New York City area, General Admission tickets (sorry, no VIP Upgrades in stores) are available from Rebel Rebel (319 Bleecker St NYC 212-989-0770), Other Music (15 E 4th St NYC 212-477-8150), and Halcyon (57 Pearl St, Brooklyn).

What's the deal with VIP?
We are currently offering 2-Day VIP Upgrades through our online ordering system only. Please note that in order to purchase and use a VIP Upgrade, you must be at least 21 and present valid state issued photo ID (photocopies will NOT be accepted) upon entry. Also note that VIP Upgrades are NOT valid for entry - everyone must purchase a separate general admission ticket.
2 DAY VIP UPGRADE includes- Separate VIP entrance
- VIP tented lounge with couches, tables and chairs, separate food menu, and private cash bar featuring mixed drinks, beer and wine
- Access to front row of main stage (first come, first served)
- VIP bleachers positioned with a view of the main stage
- VIP-only deluxe air-conditioned bathrooms
2 DAY VIP UPGRADE WITH PARKING includes
- Separate VIP entrance
- VIP tented lounge with couches, tables and chairs, separate food menu, and private cash bar featuring mixed drinks, beer and wine

What items am I not allowed to bring with me?
The following items are prohibited:
- Large bags/backpacks
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside food & beverages
- Professional cameras & recording devices
- Illegal substances
- Squirt guns, misters, spray bottles, etc
- Laser pens and similar focused-light devices
- Glowsticks, etc.
- Chairs
- Bottles, cans, camelpacks, canteens, flasks, bota bags
- Pets
- Bicycles, scooters, personal motorized vehicles
- Musical instruments
- Sleeping bags (no overnight camping or sleepovers)
- Umbrellas
Ok, so now I know what I can't bring/do. What CAN I do?
We're so glad you asked!
Everybody CAN:
- Sit in the open or shady grassy space and relax on a small blanket or beach towel
- Lounge, decompress and eat in our shade tents
- Select some delectable nibbles from a wide variety of options, including crowd-pleasers like burgers, hot dogs, and pizza, as well as many other local and vegetarian/vegan choices. These include some of our favorite New York City street vendors.

- Bring your KIDS!
- Get your face or body painted
- Gaze at the New York City Skyline while getting down to some very, very dope beats
- Get his number
- Browse our vendor village
- Meet some amazing new people
- Count disco balls
- Devour some icey treats
- Lay on your back in the grass and gaze at the clouds
- Pretend you're a giraffe
- Get her number
- Feel your jaw drop when you see that famous Zoo visual production and sick lasers

What can/should I bring with me?
- Large and Lovely sun glasses
- Sun block (seriously!!!)
- Rain poncho
- A small blanket or towel
- All of your favorite people
- DANCING SHOES! (we discourage flip flops for comfort/safety reasons)
- Your ID. (Please note that photocopies will NOT be accepted as valid ID.)
- A small backpack or utility bag
- Chapstick
- A positive attitude
I'm interested in taking the ferry, but there are no return trip times listed on the ferry ticket page. What's the deal?
All ferry tickets sold online are round-trip tickets. When you buy a round-trip ferry ticket, you can take whatever ferry you like off the island. There will be plenty of ferries ready and waiting at the end of the festival, so nobody with a round-trip ticket will be stranded.
I only want a 1-way ferry ticket - will those be available?
Yes, you can purchase a 1-way ticket at any of the departure piers (E 35th St in Manhattan, E 90th St in Manhattan, and Hunter's Point in Queens) on the days of the festival and at the New York Water Taxi booth at the festival.
Will there be ATMs available at the event?
Yes
Will I be allowed to leave the venue and re-enter?
No, sorry, re-entry will not be allowed.
Will there be any food & beverages available for sale?
Yes, there will be a wide variety of food options, including burgers, hot dogs and pizza, as well as many other local and vegetarian/vegan choices. These include some of our favorite New York City street vendors. There will be a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, plus beer, wine and champagne for those over the age of 21. Mixed drinks/liquor will only be available for purchase in the VIP lounge, which is only accessible by those who purchase a VIP upgrade.
What is the minimum age requirement for attending the festival?
This is an ALL AGES event. To purchase and consume alcohol or to purchase and/or use VIP Passes, you must be at least 21 years of age and must show your valid government-issued photo ID (photocopies will NOT be accepted).

Can I park on Randall's Island?
Yes, there will be a limited number of paid parking spots available. Because space is limited, we encourage you to use public transportation. There is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING and NO TAILGATING allowed on Randall's Island.
I'm a smoker - will I be able to purchase cigarettes on Randall's Island?
Sorry, no - there will be no cigarettes or other tobacco products sold on Randall's Island, so if you must smoke, please bring enough cigarettes to get you through the day.
Can I pass out flyers for my event or business at the festival?
No.
